A lot of stairs but a n at little pad.

Very nice view of the Channel from the small patio, numerous restaurants near by and only 400m to a convenience supermarket.

No wifi and 61 steps. Fold down bed was comfortable and not a negative issue,

I do not think there was a lift and the apartment is located on the top floor of the property. Lots of stairs to walk up and down Probably not ideal for older people or people with walking issues

Great little studio, beautiful view, great location but no WIFI and shower issue

It is a really nice studio with a wonderful view of a beautiful beach. It is small but has all the amenities. Be aware, it is really small but the owners did the decorating well and feels homely and the layout is very efficient. Price vs. quality is good. Studio is very clean. Close by all kinds of restaurants and museums that you would want to see. Parking is pretty easy and free nearby. Check-in is easy, you get a message from the owner with a code and a picture on how to unlock the lock box with the key. We asked in advance for a check-in at 15:00 instead of 17:00 and they arranged that. You can always ask and the owners respond very fast. There is a lot of info in the room and a map of the area. Of course we use a lot of Tripadvisor and Google maps but I love it when there is a map and just crash on the bed and look at what the locals recommend. I am a bit old school maybe ;-). The bed is comfortable, it is a fold out to save room but good quality and nice, we slept well. We had a great stay!

There were 2 issues what I think I should mention to fellow travelers. Also why I cannot give this studio more than a 7. We liked our stay but know this before booking. FIRST: NO WIFI. We have been to a lot of places in the world and most have WIFI. For us not a big problem as we are European so our data transfers from country to country and we can easily look up what we need to know on our phones etc.. However, if you want to use a streaming service after a day of sightseeing, that will cost a lot of data. For VISITORS OUTSIDE THE EU, This could be a problem as they do not have data transfer. WIFI is not that expensive in the EU so I do not understand why the owners chose to not have this service available. Certainly as this is an international destination when taking the history in account. This is the first time in Europe we did not have WIFI and we have been all over the continent. SECOND: The gas heater, it stops a lot and then you have no warm water. Yes there are instructions with pictures how to turn it on again so the owners know about the problem but we had to do that 5 times during our stay and in between a lot of checking if the flame is still on... Instead of a shower the second day, I just washed my hair in the sink with cold water. That thing looks old, dear owners, please replace that old heater. With WIFI and a new heater, this place would be an 8,5 for sure. You guys have a nice studio, information before and during the visit is perfect but if you fixed these two issues, it could be great!

Small but clean, bright and comfortable.

The location was great - very nice to look out onto the ocean. The studio was close to the War Museum and had easy access to the regular free buses which went throughout the district. There was ready access to the beach which also offered a variety of restaurants at which to eat. The studio was very clean though also very small but the space was well utilized and had most items one might need to use for a short stay including a comfortable bed. Thanks Luke for a hand up the stairs with the suitcases.

The gas heater which provided hot water was very temperamental and difficult to keep going while having a shower although it worked ok on the last day. We didn't know how to lower the outside blinds and as there were no curtains we were quite exposed at night. We have since learned how they work but maybe some instructions for non - Europeans would be useful.

Logement situé au 3ètage au sommet d'escalier un peu raide mais l'annonce précise que c'est sans ascenseur donc il n'y a pas de surprise mis à part le nombre de marches !

Un appartement de rêve.

- Des propriétaires qui ont l'air très gentils. - la propreté de l'appartement jusqu'à la bonne odeur des linges à dispositions rappelle des souvenirs d'enfance. - on se sent comme chez soit avec tout le matériel à disposition. - la disposition de l'appartement est fonctionnel qui donne un aspect d'espace une fois le lit replié. -l'emplacement de l'appartement est génial, au pied de la plage et des restos ainsi que du casino (pour les joueurs ) et à quelques mètres de lieux emblématiques comme le fraac, l'estaminet des aieux ou les belles maisons arts déco de l'époque, l'appartement est au pied des arrêts de bus gratuits en direction de presque partout. - Très Bon rapport qualité prix ET BIEN SÛR ! CETTE VUE INCROYABLE pour tout amoureux de la mer.

Peut-être les 3 étages sans ascenseur (mais dans un sens c'est bon pour la santé) La voisine qui met parfois la télé forte . 2 avis non responsables des propriétaires.

Studio cosy avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans le studio de Luc et Caro. Il ne manquait vraiment rien, et la vue sur la mer depuis le balcon, et même depuis le lit, est juste incroyable et super reposante ! On recommande ce joli studio sans hésiter.

Emplacement idéal, voir la mer depuis son lit, déjeuner sur la terrasse au soleil avec la plage en toile de fond. Studio assez petit, mais très bien agencé. On reviendra.

Le vent le jour de l'arrivée, il y a eu une rafale qui a malencontreusement ouvert la petite fenêtre de la kitchenette, et un cache pot et une carafe se sont retrouvés cassés à terre. Désolé pour se désagrément.

Parfaitement bien situé. Facile d'accès, parking gratuit dans la rue. Magnifique vue sur la mer depuis le studio. Petit balcon agréable pour pouvoir manger dehors. Accès direct sur la digue et la plage. Proche de tout (commerces, restaurants, arrêt de bus,...). Studio bien équipé. Hôtes réactifs.

Petit bémol sur la propreté. Mériterait un petit coup de propre plus approfondi mais correct dans l'ensemble. Point négatif, le bruit dans les alentours. Ancien immeuble pas très bien insonorisé. Les débuts de nuits n'ont pas toujours été très calme... Mais cela n'est en rien la faute des hôtes ;) C'est l'emplacement qui veut ça.

La localisation de l’appartement près du Kursaal et de petits commerces de proximité, friterie, Carrefour express, etc le parking extérieur en bas de l’immeuble, le confort de l’appartement, lit confortable, la petite terrasse vue mer , les ustensiles à disposition dans l’appartement le calme du studio , la réactivité, les précisions et la gentillesse des propriétaires .
