The location is great! Not too far from the Vatican; incredibly close to the Metro subway station. The hosts were incredibly helpful showing us how to use the metro station and showing us an app to find free water stations nearby. They respond pretty quickly on Whatsapp for any questions as well! When we realized the electric stove was in demo mode, we texted them and they quickly came the same day and helped us return the stove to normal. The beds were comfortable; we were able to use the washer. The wifi worked for our mobile devices. We also liked using the elevator; 4 of us fit in the elevator with our backpacks in a tight fit but not much of a problem for us.
The door("gate") to the apartment building is a bit difficult to open.
