Large family apartment - 100 smq - 2 bathrooms - 5 min Vatican & Metro

Sehr gute Lage, schöne, große, ruhige, saubere und komfortable Unterkunft. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat auf alle Fragen sofort geantwortet.

Das einzige Manko war die etwas spärliche Ausstattung mit Geschirr (Teller, Tassen, Gläser).

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Toll ist, dass es zwei sehr niedliche Bäder gibt.

Nichts

-位置非常好，就在地铁站旁边，去梵蒂冈步行十分钟左右 -房间很大，有两个卫生间，我和父母孩子一起住起来也很方便 -设施齐全：微波炉，烤箱，热水壶，暖气等等

浴缸的热水有点忽冷忽热，不算大问题

- the location is great very close to the metro. Large apartment, period property has nice high ceilings

- to be honest a little disappointed after staying at the property. The apartment is in a beautiful area in Prati, but it needs lots of work . The on demand hot water heater fluctuates between hot and cold and can’t maintain temperature. So taking a shower is a pain . No shower curtains anywhere. So if you shower in either bathroom water absolutely sprays everywhere . The apartment has mold in both bathrooms. In between the tile, on the terracotta tile on the floor, on the walls with the toilets, on the back of the doors. It’s all from the excess moisture. The owner simply uses white paint to hide the mold on the tile by painting it. The paint is chipping and you can see. Electricity is another issue, half the plugs don’t work unless you physically push and hold . I get that’s it’s a period property but it’s frustrating if trying to charge something or use the kettle where you spend 20 minutes pushing the plug in different ways to get it to work. Also the apartment was not cleaned well, random stains and spots everywhere. The rugs, the cushions the floors. Dust under the all the furniture. The owner also used cheap bedding where the sheets had been washed so many times that there are rolled balls on the cotton.
