Jones house

We had a good holiday. The house is very close to the beach, which is very convenient if you don’t have a car. It’s not on the main road, so the noise from cars is acceptable and didn’t bother us at all, especially with the windows closed. We didn’t use the kitchen, so we’re not sure how comfortable it is for cooking or preparing food. The air conditioning works perfectly and kept the house cool. We left the interior window open in the small room so the cool air could circulate inside. The host was very supportive, providing us with all the information we needed and helping with everything throughout our stay. We had an issue with the washing machine, and by the second day it was replaced with a brand‑new one. It’s not a VIP property, but the condition matches the price you pay. Overall, it’s fair for what it offers compared to similar houses in the area.

There are some mosquitoes because the house is close to the river, but there are mesh screens on the doors and windows, so we didn’t have any issues.

Absolutely caring and helping host, he’s very kind and very supportive. I wish him all the best, he is a kind soul. Big family fridge. Proximity to the beach, about 5 min walk.

Door lock- every time we had a problem of getting into the house and leaving the house. Kitchen- designed for a very short person, impossible to cook without hitting the head( for a person 167 tall), sharp angles of the furniture - dangerous for babies and children, my daughter’s head was all bruised. No internet. Constant noise from the main road (because it’s located very close to the road). Washing machine didn’t work. We couldn’t use the main bedroom and slept on the mattress on the floor in the living room as the main bedroom had a sewage smell, absolutely disgusting and unbearable. The second small bedroom has no windows, it was too hot to sleep there even with the door opened, it doesn’t have air conditioner. The stairs to the apartment are actually twice as long as they look in the main picture, it’s important for those using a buggy. Finally, we couldn’t get rid of mosquitoes, although the property has anti-mosquitoes nets.
