Not good

The house is located in a very good area of Nea Fokea. However, it is an old property that clearly needs renovation. It has been adapted with temporary fixes to make it usable, but unfortunately without success. The beds are outdated with old spring mattresses from decades ago, and the pillows were terrible, making sleep a real nightmare. In the bedroom, termite droppings were falling from the ceiling, which was extremely unpleasant.

Very satisfied, were expecting less because of lack of reviews and was pleasantly surprised.

Location was moderate but as described on the site and expected. 10 minute drive to Sani resorts beach and a 10 minute walk to the city beach Africa. The apartment was big and more than enough for a family of 4. The site does not say it has wifi but it has the fastest one I have used while staying in Greece :)

The main fuse went out on the first day because we had the air conditioning, water heater and hair dryer on at the same time, but I contacted the owner and he sent the neighbors to fix it within 5-10 minutes.

They brought me soap and water after I told them that there was neither soap nor water. Also: There is an amazing restaurant in this village.

Okay, this is my FIRST bad review ever, but this place deserves it. No hot water. Dirty. In my first room the toilet didn't work. There was no soap or water. The bathroom was dirty. They didn't even write the WIFI Code on the a piece of paper so that I needed to call them and send them messages until they answered. I understand that the situation is difficult bc of COVID 19 but these people just didn't care. They just wanted my 50 Euros and not bother. I am not used to high standards and I don't need a lot, but at least see that the basics are available. Make a quick check before someone new comes. I am used to a lo of hospitality in Greece, people making you feel welcome. Not the case here. The guy who brought the key was nice. But that was it. There were spiderwebs in the bathroom. The 'kitchen' was an old fridge and a rusty hot plate. The anti-mosquito thingies were empty, of course. Really people, if you don't like renting rooms to people, just don't. I was supposed to be out by 12 and I was. Nobody was there, so I left the key in the door. I got a message at around 18:30 asking, about the house. I said: 'I left and I will never come back. This was one of the worst rooms I ever had." They answered right away: "I will not go on here and destroy my day. Where did you leave the key?" They simply don't care.
