Everything was great! I have been there before the renovation and I liked it, now after the renovation it's even better. Clean, comfortable, great communication with the host! Also the location is great - it's quiet and still in the heart of Afytos!
The table for 4 on the balcony is a bit too big for there and, as a woman, I'd love to have a bigger mirror outside the bathroom but both things are not that important

The communication with the host was excellent, the apartment was clean and everything was setup well upon arrival. The location is near the center of Afythos and there are shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is a 10 minute walk.
We had internet connection issues most of the time and was eventually solved by the owner and seems to have been caused by nearby construction. There is too much furniture in the apartment (a bed where the couch should be...and the couch in the kitchen area..) and not enough storage (we stayed 10 days). Finally the bedding materials could be of higher quality for this price, the pillows, sheets and comforter felt low quality.

yürüyerek tüm bölgeyi gezebildik, markete, restauranlara ve hediyelik eşya satan mağazalara çok yakın. eve yakın ücretsiz otopark alanı mevcut, ancak akşam 18.30'dan sonra yoğunluk başlıyor. evin bulunduğu apartmanın önünde de 4-5 araçlık bi alan var ancak telefon numarası bırakmanız gerek önünüze arkanıza başkası park edebiliyor.
dairenin balkonu oldukça geniş ve bir salıncağı vardı.
plaj dönüşlerinde su sorunu oldu, yeterli miktar su akmadı 3 gün boyunca (bölgeye ait genel bir sorunmuş)

The location is just a minute away walk to the village center, and there is a nice view from the balcony. The host is very kind and responsive.
The water pressure in the bathroom was too low, which made it difficult to take a shower at times.
