Traveller's Home Safari Resort

Gracias.

An amazing little hotel, the fact that it only has 5 rooms means the family who run it are able to offer a wonderful personal service. The hotel has a lovely clean pool which is fabulous. Traditional Sri Lankan food is on offer cooked by the mum of the guy who runs it assisted and waitered on by his dad. We were lucky enough to be the first people to stay in their new family room (even though there were only 2 of us). On leaving everyone receives a bunch of flowers, such a lovely touch. Location - just around the corner from the elephant sanctuary and the owners also run their own jeep safaris.

Great quiet place with a fantastic host and rooms suited us well and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the food was simply amazing for dinner and breakfast. We also did the safari through the hotel and that was really good as well.
