The host was most generous and very very helpful. We had a great time. We booked the a 5-hour safari trip with him and we had a great time, he definitely knows his stuff. We would love to see him and his family again.
The room was spacious yet dark (well shut off from the sun) and the amenities were maintained and all was well kept and clean.

How great it was for the safari ! Was so so close to the elephant transit home.
We did a full day safari which we organised through the host and it was fantastic! We stayed one night because we were going between Ella and Yala but we wanted to do the Udawalawe Park and my gosh it did not disappoint! Was incredible to see so many elephants. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Udawalawe to stay here.
Slightly better bed linen would have been nice but it didn't really matter we were fast asleep within minutes

An incredible room stay post safari! Our host also took us on the most amazing safari - don't look anywhere else book with him! He's incredible.
Room was lovely, with everything I needed. Good shower pressure, comfy bed.
Breakfast was wonderful and he even gave us a parting gift. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Cannot give this a higher rating if I tried.
