We had a wonderful one-night stay at Mansala Lodge in Udawalawe. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The highlight was the delicious, freshly cooked dinner and breakfast — simple, authentic, and full of flavour. A truly comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing place! Comfortable room with great balcony, silent at night and very relaxing. Extremely clean. Amazingly kind family running the guesthouse. Delicious (huge) breakfast. Excellent safari experience with the guide booked through the guesthouse - he was very knowledgeable and I saw 40 elephants! The house is only 5-10 minutes walking to the bus stop, grocery store, and all the restaurants on the main road. Highly recommend!
