LUNO Heritage House City Center

Really central. Nice building and rooms.

The shared bathroom is on the 3rd floor. If you get the room on the 1st floor it’s going to be pretty annoying to go to the toilet.

The location is very good for this property and the room itself had everything we needed. It was actually very quiet considering we were right in the heart of the city near the train station. The property manager was very responsive when needed.

I understood that some rooms were shared bath and some rooms had a private bath but it's not clear from the photos which rooms had the private bathroom or lounge space, kitchenette, etc. I assumed based on the photos that the larger rooms had a private bath. It's not the case, the larger/nicer looking rooms share one bathroom at the top of the stairs, near the shared kitchen (there are no kitchens in any of the rooms far as I could tell) and the smallest rooms have a private bathroom. It ended up being fine, but I think people should have a clearer idea of what they are booking, and you can't tell based on the photos.

Great location. Lovely room and bathroom. Responsive staff.

Felt a little bit pricey.
