Proximity to the train station and within walking distance of good restaurants.
The virtual reception. We are an over 60yrs old couple who had to haul our suitcases to the 3rd floor without assistance against a daunting incline of stairs. It appeared that the pub was more important than receiving guests.

Very central: good for the train and attractions.
No staff on site and my room was close to reception which was loud when people were checking in (which involved a video chat with a remote receptionist).

Larger room than expected. Cleaner and more modern- this impressed us. USB and USB-C charger sockets on both side of the bed. Daily cleaning. Close to train station!
It is above a pub, which can be a little loud.

Its central location. Despite being on a busy street, our room was quiet - probably because it was at the back of the hotel. Newly refurbished so everything very clean.
Very cramped room with no natural light.
