    Good hotel in the city centre, friendly staff and very helpful. Basic 3* hotel, but everything you need and a good breakfast. The WiFi is one, but not stable enough for working.

    The hotel is in a great location and the bed was comfy however the staff are rude, did not want to help in any way. Bathroom was not fully cleaned and towels were dirty on check in. We had to tag our own bags for luggage storage, we had to do self check in and check out. There was absolutely no customer service.

    Unfortunately, the hotel had a strong unpleasant smell, like damp and sewage, which you notice immediately. The room was small (as expected) but worn out and not like the Agoda photos. Ventilation was poor, and the smell was worse inside. Although the bedding looked clean, the room didn’t feel fresh overall.
