Great location - alongside a canal and only a short walk to the imposing buildings of Centenary Square and the interesting Brindley Square. The property is quiet, being on the fifth floor, and owing to the number of windows, there is plenty of light and the views across the city are really good. Parking is available around the property and is free from 6.00pm until 8.00am - I then parked nearby in a small off-road car park at £9.25 for 24 hours using the RingGo app.
Although the flat is a great size and has an excellent layout, we felt that the standard of cleanliness wasn't as good as we have experienced in similar properties e.g. both bedroom carpets were quite badly marked and the rug in the main room had seen better days, there was quite a bit of dust around some of the skirting boards and the ceilings. In our opinion, the walls could also do with a lick of paint to freshen them up.

Spacious, clean, good location
I didn't receive an email with location/access information. Nobody answered the phone when I needed help with this. This left me wandering around in the rain for an hour.
