It was built in an elevated position on an overgrown hill, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the terracotta rooftops and the surrounding green pine forests. With 130 m2, this spacious house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The rustic living room has a cosy sitting area and a large dining table for six people. Attached is a rustic kitchen with oak cupboards, equipped with high quality appliances and everything you need. One of the double bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, to the right of the entrance. Two further bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite, are located on the first floor.
The swimming pool has a direct view of the impressive landscape, which can be admired during a refreshing afternoon swim. There are numerous sun loungers along the pool where you can sunbathe while gazing at the horizon.

This property is located in a very quiet street in the old town of Pollença, just 5 minutes from the centre of Pollença

The (harbour) Puerto de Pollença in the north of Mallorca is 6 km away. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula.
