Its a gorgeous property with lovely gardens and pool area in a perfect location. In case of questions, these are addressed immediately. Can only say it a perfect holiday house for a family of 4.
We have no complaints. Enjoyed every second of the stay.

The location was amazing - a two-minute walk to the centre of Pollenca! To get a private pool and hot-tub this close to the centre must be very rare. We had a problem with the hot water one day, but the host had it fixed within an hour (remarkable considering it was Good Friday in a Catholic country!)
Some instructions or a booklet on how to use the various appliances would have been useful.
