About this chalet rental
Lleo Eleven is comfortable, beautifully furnished and right in the centre of Pollensa close to the famous Calvario steps.
This delightful townhouse has been charmingly renovated to an extremely high standard, retaining many of its original features such as exposed wooden beams and stone walls
On the ground floor there is a lovely open-plan living/dining/kitchen area and an interior courtyard where there is a plunge-pool and a shaded seating area - ideal for a cool drink. There is also a separate TV/sitting room with air conditioning
Lleo 11 has three terraces, one on the ground floor with a barbecue and the plunge pool, a larger dining terrace on the first floor and a sun-drenched second floor terrace with sun loungers on the roof. The views from this terrace are stunning
There are four bedrooms on the first and second floors, 2 very large double rooms and 2 good-sized, characterful twin rooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and the other two have separate bathrooms. The bedding and towels are of the highest quality
This is very much a home from home rental property. It is extremely comfortable, exquisitely finished and centrally located. Ideal for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year. It is also suitable for cyclists as there is space to store bikes.

The team at Pollentia Rentals were absolutely fantastic. They went out of their way to help and were incredibly helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend them and would book thistheir other properties again without hesitation.

Great house, great location. We have stayed in Pollensa many times in various different houses and would be happy to stay here again.
The house was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space and all of the amenities needed. It was so convenient to walk around the area with access to local shops and plenty of excellent dining. We were also close enough to visit neighboring beaches and pueblos. 10/10 recommend.
I'd like to highlight the excellent communication and service we received. We stayed during an incredible heat wave, which meant some issues with AC (something the whole town experienced) and the need to have some water delivered. The team was incredibly responsive and addressed all of our needs promptly.

Don't hesitate to park in the parking lot outside the village, near the Roma Bridge.
