About this house rental
We are delighted to offer this traditional 3-bedroom semi-detached house located in the historic center of the town of Pollensa, just a few meters from the Calvario steps and just 200 meters from the main square. This beautiful house retains its traditional stone walls and offers a peaceful Mallorcan-style atmosphere.
Upon entering we find the living room, crowned with a beautiful stone arch. The kitchen, for its part, retains all the charm of yesteryear, faithful to its rustic style, but to which all the modern comforts have been added. A staircase leads to the first floor and the bedrooms. The master bedroom is very large, with wooden floors and a stone arch with a seating area.There are two more traditional style double bedrooms, as well as two full bathrooms.
Outside there is a swimming pool, an open terrace for sunbathing, and another properly furnished covered terrace. It is worth highlighting a charming kitchen area, also covered, and equipped with a barbecue and table and chairs for 6 people. It is located in what was once a stable. It has now been renovated, but still retains much of its charming original features.
Another strong point of this property is that it is right in the heart of Pollensa, just a two-minute walk from the main square (with its fantastic Sunday market and a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops), and right next to side of the famous Calvary stairs.We recommend taking some time to feel the atmosphere and essence of the town by strolling through the smaller streets and discovering the handful of small museums, churches, restaurants and shops.
Please note that the streets of the old town are not the most suitable for traffic. You will probably be able to stop briefly for loading and unloading tasks, but you may need to park a few hundred meters away. We always recommend having your own vehicle, as it will give you freedom of movement and allow you to visit other towns on the island. However, it is by no means essential.Therefore, if you choose to do without a rental vehicle, you can also enjoy the sea with the bus lines that go to both the beaches of Cala San Vicente and those of Puerto Pollensa (both enclaves just 7 km away. ). Taking a taxi is an equally valid option.
