Are you looking to enjoy the Mediterranean way of life in a beautiful holiday home?
Nestled in the foot hills of Northern Mallorca’s Tramontana mountains, in the charming town of Pollensa, Villa Son Brullet offers peaceful and quality accommodation situated only 1,5 km distance of the centre of the village and easy driving distance to most of the beautiful beaches of the north of the Island.
Son Brullet is an idyllic place to enjoy timeless family holidays or for an escape with friends. Far away from the pressures of the modern life in a beautiful Mediterranean setting.
The house was completely renovated combining traditional architecture and modern comforts. The stone facades, terracotta floors, sandstone arches and solid wood beams allow you to glimpse the rustic style, while all the modern comforts you would expect these days are designed to make a perfect accommodation.
The house is all distributed on one level. Entering into the house there is a cosy living room with high ceilings and beautiful wooden beams. Next to living room there is a fully equipped modern kitchen. A stone arche gives access to the bedrooms area. There are 3 double bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guest and two complete family bathrooms (one of them with a shower room en-suite). Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third one has twin beds. All the bedrooms plus the living room have air conditioning.
From the living room you access a beautiful large covered terrace with a dining table and a sitting area ideal to enjoy “al fresco meals”. On the right-hand side of the covered terrace there is a separated dining area with another fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue area and a utility room. Exterior toilet.
The exterior of this fabulous holiday home is a delight. The swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful mature garden areas and there is a solarium with loungers and parasols ideal for sunbathing. Very helpful host. Good standard accommodation and very well equipped. Beautiful garden, nicely lit at night. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Pool lovely and clean but no standing shallow end. All our party were swimmers so this was not a problem for us.

The villa is just as nice as it looks in the pictures a beautiful pool and plenty of space where you wake up to the sound of goats in the nearby field. Cooking facilities are excellent with two kitchens (!) and also an outdoor oven and BBQ area. It is quite a remote location and not easily walkable to Pollença town so does require a car and access is down a narrow 1km road so dont hire an extra large hire car. The manager Martin was super responsive to all our questions, would definitely recommend to a medium group who want somewhere peaceful.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. The villa was exceptional and beyond our expectations. It was beautifully presented and extremely well equipped. We couldn’t have wished for a better place and setting for our family holiday. The host, Martí, was always available for help and information when needed.
