The property includes a master bedroom and two twin bedrooms, which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning units (heating and cooling, which, in accordance with local energy-saving and efficiency initiatives, are programmed to operate from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am). The living/dining room opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Overall, the house is ideal for those who want to be in a quiet environment but do not want to depend on a car, since the town of Pollensa is right next door.
