Superb location. Easy check in. The accommodation is just perfect for a short stay. Fully equipped kitchen.

Double bed a little uncomfortable

Maria was the perfect host. The location is exceptional. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The outdoor area is shaded for most of the day.

The townhouses are naturally dark but perhaps better lighting in the kitchen. But this is so minor and the kitchen is fantastically equipped.

Great location in a quiet, traffic free, narrow street in Pollenca. There were fan heaters in every room so it was possible to make the house nice and cosy in early February. The bed was comfortable. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine which is very helpful.

The rooms are quite dark. The water pressure is very low and it takes a long time for the water to run hot. The shower was OK though.

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es ein altes Stadthaus ist. Es ist dunkel und im kleinen Innenhof ist man umgeben von sehr hohen Mauern, also null Aussicht. Die drei Stockwerke sind verbunden über steile Treppen und relativ hohe Stufen. Das alles entspricht einem Stadthaus und war so zu erwarten. Was uns aber am meisten enttäuschte war der Zustand von Kücheneinrichtung und Bad. Überall hätte es etwas zum reparieren. Generell kann man sagen es war alles da was man bräuchte aber halt alles in die Jahre gekommen. Schade!
