Casa Coronel Aloy is located in the north of the Balearic Islands, among the picturesque streets of the romantic town of Pollença, and stands out for its modern décor. Large apartment. Nice rain shower. Beautiful roof terrace with loungers and cushions. Washing machine available. Bring your own basics, shampoo etc. On the corner of the street mini market with fresh bread and meats. Good restaurants nearby (like FaBrick, Celler El Moli, La Trencadora and La font del gall). To get to the garage use the route planner on your phone instead of the car (the car planner sometimes thinks the streets are wider than they actually are).

Pros: We basically lived on the top floor with kitchen and terrace with lovely views
Cons: There were no sunloungers on the terrace as shown in the pictures, only reclining chairs

In general the house was very good located, direct in a small street very closed to the center of Pollensa. We were 5 persons for one week and a problem was the privacy, because both toilets and one bedroom didn’t had outside windows. All three rooms were connected to a shaft which ended in the kitchen at third level with an outside door.Due to the fact that one toilet have no closed windows, everybody was able to follow the activities.
