Villa Can Josep - Maldonado

Lovely pool and garden area . Spacious and well equipped villa . Welcome pack much appreciated. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Family very obliging. Allowed us to leave suitcases until time for our flight.

Everything very clean but would prefer more neutral bedding rather than bright oranges and purples but that’s just personal taste. Approach to Villa bit off putting but lovely once inside.

We particularly liked the pool and the secluded garden area. Also its proximity to the town centre and the bus station.

The air-conditioning was only in the bedrooms and was on a timer which meant we had no control to use it as we wanted. Some of guests were cold through the night and some would have preferred it on longer during the afternoon. There was no dedicated parking space on the premises or outside so we often had to park away from the house.

The villa is very deceptive, it doesn’t look like anything special from the outside and the surrounding area is not very attractive however , once you go through the front door it is a different story. Beautiful villa with an amazing garden and pool area. Absolutely spotlessly clean with every facility required. Pollensa old town was so accessible, just a few minutes walk away.

Although it does not have an official parking space we never had an issue parking right outside. The air conditioning in the main bedroom didn’t seem to be working and the notices said we couldn’t touch the controls as it was automatic. Only became a problem on the last day when it was very hot. Also absolutely no wardrobe space in one of the twin bedrooms. The villa is situated right next to a very busy road, although you would never know visually when you are sat in the garden it is quite noisy but to be fair we didn’t really notice it after a day or two.
