In the heart of the historic district of Mers-les-Bains, the cottage is ideally located between its unique beach hut, the skatepark, the swimming pool, and the cliffs of Mers and Le Tréport. Paddleboards, kayaks, bicycles, and other activities are available to enhance your stay. Bright and airy, just 30 meters from the beach, in the heart of the historic district with its Belle Époque villas, the cottage boasts spacious rooms, a rarity in Mers where houses tend to be very vertical. Sleeps up to 8 people: level 1 only. For 12 people: an extra bedroom on level 2. For 16 people: level 1 and level 2. The price depends on what is rented. The resort of Mers-les-Bains has numerous labels (seaside resort, green resort, fun and sporty town) which guarantee a perfect stay. More than 30 free activities available! Beach/Sea Activities: - Beach hut (if available) - 2 paddleboards - 1 kayak - Bodyboards - Beach games, sandbox - Binoculars Indoor Activities: - Netflix - Comics - Board games (children and adults) Outdoor Activities: - 2 adult scooters, 3 children

(3 stars for up to 12 people, after 12 people "gîte mode") - From May to September, if available, you can use our beach cabin at no extra charge! Outside of this period, the municipality prohibits beach huts. The terrace is available at no extra charge but only for quiet use! Maximum until 10:00 PM! The terrace is accessible from the bedroom via a small step. Cleaning fees are payable directly to the person giving you the keys. €40 for a group of up to 6 people (level 1 only). €50 with an additional bedroom. €75 for both levels. This applies to standard cleaning, not party cleaning. Beds made and one towel per person = €4 per person, payable upon arrival. We require a security deposit check of €600 (not cashed) to be given upon key collection.
