Très bien situé , station de tramway et supermarché à proximité ainsi que les parcs d’attractions et la plage à deux stations. Studio avec terrasse très confortable , accueil agréable.

Cosy room, great heating facilities, plug sockets either side of the bed, useful fridge and microwave, wifi was fast. Great access to Plopsaland
My room was infested with bugs and I spent the majority of my first evening trying to get them all out of my room. I ended up finding around 15 of them and it was really not pleasant sleeping in the room after finding these.
The taps in the bathroom took a very long time to heat up and when they did they smelt of sewage. There are also ‘complimentary’ shower gel and shampoo containers in the shower. Upon trying to use them they were completely empty.
I had a road facing room and the traffic noise is quite loud as the windows weren’t too good at blocking out noise, they also let through quite a draft.
The bed was not very comfy and the pillows were very small and square, one pillow was very flat and two were very hard so it was quite hard to be comfortable. The duvet was very heavy and warm though.
The door to my room didn’t seem very safe with how it locks. You are given a key and in order to lock your door you have to turn the key. There is no extra locks so it doesn’t feel very secure since you can feel air coming through the cracks in the door.
The parking facilities are quite tight and close to a very public footpath. My car was parked on the end and I had horses, massive groups of bikers and runners all right next to my car which could unnerve some people.
The curtains didn’t cover the windows properly. Luckily the curtains were blackout so the only light seeping in was the parts of the window left uncovered.
Finally, I saw the man who owns this hotel on my first day of check in and that is all. There was never anyone on reception and it made me feel like I couldn’t voice these complaints because I never saw him to do so. Booking.com does give you his number however I was out all day and didn’t want to bother him in the evenings. There could be more communication from the owner of when he will be on reception or how you can contact him if you need.
