Poorly described accommodation, not to a good standard or clean, won't be returning.

During our stay generally there were no English speaking staff members, even at reception which made it difficult as our French language skills aren't great. We were offered no English version of information provided at check-in. Menus in the restaurant were in french, on our last visit to the restaurant towards the end of the week were offered an English menu which helped. Our accommodations were listed as cottages, we had 3 in total. The cottages were like poor quality static caravans. The bedrooms and beds were small, The beds were like camp beds and very uncomfortable. The toilet in our cottage stank of urine when we arrived, a smell we couldn't get rid of despite mopping with disinfectant. I mentioned this at reception and because of the language issue the person I spoke to said "Perfect".

Value for money, quiet, clean and rather big mobile house. Perfect fit for a family of four, a great location to discover beaches and region.

Very limited information given by staff on reception about site and surrounding area. We're unable to use spa facilities as under 12 year old not allowed in.

Pool was big, clean plus there’s an indoor & outdoor pool. New water slides are coming up soon, so good fun for kids. Food was good at the restaurant along with good entertainment. overall good value for money.

Would recommend for the property to have English translation for menu, information etc for non French speaking holiday makers.

Clean, quiet, nice view, but have to learn some french before I go there next time.

Easy to drive from Calais. Very clean and quiet place.

Have to argue with reception staff about bed linen, which booking.com includes, but was not given at the check in time, and 13 of us had to sleep one night without bed linen. Also had to use body language, reception staff hardly speaking english.

bungalows tout confort et très spacieux et propres. Grande terrasse et jardinet devant agréable;Très bon accueil et beaucoup d'équipements bien conçus ( piscine, mini golf, tennis, terrain de pétanque, etc...

Nous étions assez loin del 'accueil donc ça ne nous a pas dérangé, mais pour les bungalows plus proches, j'imagine que la sono des animations du soir doit être génante?

emplacement super. du terrain et de l espace bungalow spacieux

l entrée de la piscine pas très propre. dans le bungalow manque quelques accessoires exemple dans la cuisine sur l évier de quoi poser l éponge et produit et pour linge de maison fourni. il n y a 1 torchon à vaisselle. que des bricoles mais pour un 5 étoiles c est juste.
