About this villa rental
We offer our holiday home for rent.
Bright and spacious, our 145m2 Villa is located in a very quiet location with all the necessary comforts. Equipped with internet via fiber (WIFI). It is located on a beautiful plot of 1000m2 offering private parking spaces, a lawn area and other spaces to rest or have lunch in the sun.
Located equidistant from the seaside resorts of Quend plage and Fort Mahon, the cycle paths are 500m away and access to Quend plage and Fort-mahon is quick (5 min).
The Baie de Somme, the Baie d'Authie, the Marquenterre park, Le Crotoy and Saint Valery are also easily accessible by cycle paths or by car. The discovery of the Ornithological Park and the encounter with seals in the Bay of Somme or Bay of Authie remain unforgettable moments.
The large sandy beaches invite you to practice all outdoor leisure activities and will delight young and old alike (swimming, walking, sand yachting, kitesurfing, cycling, horseback riding, etc.)
Other leisure activities are nearby: beautiful dune golf, tennis, tree climbing, mini-golf, casino...
The nearest shop with gas station is the Contact crossroads located 800m away. The other shops are located in Fort Mahon and Quend beach (restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, doctor, casino, etc...)
The house is spacious and very bright:
1 large living room of 40m2 with lounge and dining area giving access to the first floor. Large TV connected to fiber
1 fully equipped open kitchen with dining room and sofa bed
1 separate toilet on the first floor
1 bathroom: shower, sink and bathtub

Excellent accueil de Dominique, facilement joignable, qui gère l'arrivée et le départ des locataires. Il est disponible et discret. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande maison qui dispose de 4 chambres dont deux en enfilade. La cuisine est bien équipée, il ne manque pas de vaisselle ni d'ustensile. La salle de bain est pratique, équipée d'une douche et d'une baignoire. Au rdc un WC, à l'étage WC et un lavabo. La maison est propre et bien entretenu. Deux TV peuvent être utilisées, une nous a largement suffit. L'environnement de la maison est très agréable et calme, les abords sont entretenus, du mobilier extérieur disponible. Nous recommandant ce bien pour des vacances au calme, mais tout de même proche de la mer (Quend-Plage et Fort Mahon Plage se trouvent à 3 à 6kms). Nous avons largement visité toute la région de Saint-Valéry sur Somme à Boulogne sur Mer). Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine de vacances d'avril, avec en plus un soleil radieux toute la semaine !

Maison ou il est fait bon vivre - grands volumes - très lumineuse- très bien équipée .
