About this house rental
In the PIERRE ET VACANCES club village, classified four stars, Ile aux Oiseaux district.
Pretty 3 bedroom house, 54 m², 6 to 8 people, with balcony, terrace and garden, south-west facing, by the lake, very quiet with secure parking in front of the house.
All comfort, with on the ground floor:
• beautiful living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dolce gusto coffee maker, dishes and household utensils) and a comfortable living room with a flat screen, DVD player
• a shower area with toilet and sink,
And upstairs:
• 1 bedroom with a double bed - chest of drawers and TV, access to a balcony with lake view,
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - wardrobe,
• 1 cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
Available: baby equipment (cot, high chair, stair gate and cane stroller), some games for children.
Cleaning at the end of the stay invoiced € 50 in addition to the rental amount if this is not carried out.
Smoking and pets not allowed.
This house is ideal for family holidays, the eco-responsible area of Belle Dune is entirely pedestrian.
You can access the beach by the Chemin du Royon in the heart of the dunes, by the cycle track or small train.
By renting through a private individual, you benefit from an attractive price (between -30 and - 40% compared to the Pierre et Vacances price).

- At L’Onagre restaurant, convenience store and laundromat.
- And free of charge at children's play areas, treasure hunt, educational farm, mini-golf and table tennis.
- Nearby: huge fine sandy beaches of FORT-MAHON and QUEND (3 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike, 30 minutes by foot on the trail), and horse riding center.
