Overall a lovely stay

Great location - convenient to local facilities and beach. Excellent garden and outdoor space and great to have off-road parking. Host was very friendly helpful and met us on arrival and on departure to explain issues. Overall a super property and location for holiday

Lack of towels which had been requested and paid for (we were advised to bring our own the day before arrival which was not ideal given we'd been travelling around France all week!). The company did recognise the issue following our departure and did refund this element in full with a fullsome apology. Downstairs shower had acquired a leak before we arrived and was inoperable during the stay but there was another one upstairs so this was manageable. Wifi was dreadful and barely worked the days we were there. I hope fibre broadband makes it there soon! The bbq had not been cleaned and was very dirty so we decided not to use it. Overall property was perhaps not as luxurious as the price per night might suggest and with the issues above is why the value for money rating is lower than we might otherwise have indicated.
