This bijoux getaway has been carefully designed to offer a stylish blend of old and new, with muted colours and high-quality furnishings. Set within a traditional 19th-century Cornish property, it’s a cosy spot in which to relax and recharge. Settle into the comfortable sofa in the lounge, put your feet up on the ottoman and switch on the Smart TV to binge on a favourite series or line up a movie marathon. When hunger strikes, stroll into the kitchen/diner, where you’ll find a lovely ceramic sink and a breakfast bar for enjoying delicious meals. A utility cupboard with a washer/dryer adds to the useful amenities. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The stunning king-size room has painted tongue-and-groove walls, exposed beams and adjustable window shutters, with a reading nook and a built-in wardrobe. The twin room has full-sized bunks so could be used by adults or children, and a chest of drawers for storage. They share a lovely family bathroom. There’s room to pull up a car outside and unload, then parking is in nearby public car parks.
The small town of St Columb Major is 7 miles from the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants of Newquay and 9.5 miles from the foodie harbour town of Padstow. Numerous gorgeous beaches are dotted along this beautiful stretch of Cornish coast, and there are endless inland walks to explore. The world-famous Eden Project is only 12 miles away, and you can see the fascinating tall ships in the harbour at Charlestown (13.5 miles).

- Parking can be found in various nearby car parks with the closest 100 meters away allowing you to park for 24hrs for £5 or an hourly rate of £1 per hour chargeable from 9am–5pm. There is also space to pull up and unpack outside before having to park
- Beach 5 miles, pub and shop just over 300 metres
- Please note, there is no private outside space
