Great location, lovely property

Bright, airy and spacious property. Well stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Lovely small secure garden which was perfect for our dog and great to sit out and have breakfast. Comfy bed, plenty of storage space for clothes. Small, compact bathroom, lovely shower. Fabulous communication with the Host and lovely touches on arrival - thank you for the doggie goodies 🙂

The black cat who kept appearing in the garden annoying our dog 🤣🤣 Otherwise, everything was great, we loved our stay and have already recommended Meadow Rise to friends and family.

A very well equipped, clean & comfortable house. Just what we needed to visit family in Cornwall. Lots of lovely little extras including treats for us & our dogs.

The house is situated in a nice small village at the outskirts in a residential area. But just 5 minutes to the Center by foot. The house is great for a family and the garden might be nice in summer, too. We enjoy the time there a lot.

A real home from home. It had everything we needed. Very comfortable especially the beds. Quiet area but a short walk to centre of the village with shops and pubs.

The sofa was very large. Supply’s around the property. We didn’t need anything.

To many spiders in the corners of all rooms. I hoovered most of them as I have a phobia.

Everything was perfect

Fantastic house, had everything we needed, really clean, A lovely welcome package ( tea,coffee,sugar,biscuits,) milk in the fridge and a nice bottle of wine 🍷 Also a welcome goody bag for both our dogs 🐕, lovely touch,, Will definitely be returning Thank you Helen and Alex, keep up the good work 5 stars from us

Lovely base for exploring

Perfect location for exploring the local beaches and activities, mostly that were toddler and dog friendly (of which there were hundreds!). A small walk to the local shops, bakery and pubs - accommodation was perfect for our little family, the bathroom is small but has everything you need and makes good use of the space. Again, the garden was small but our toddler really enjoyed the space - there is a playground nearby in case you need it too! Neighbours were really friendly, as were the locals! Highly recommend!

Lovely holiday home

House was really comfortable with everything we needed. Washing machine and tumble dryer was a god send. We was left a welcome pack of tea coffee and biscuits and the bottle of wine was lovely that was left in the fridge. Also there was a box of everything for us to use for the barbecue. Would not hesitate to recommend this holiday home to others. It was also hot and sunny the whole week we was there.

Checkout time we felt was a bit too early. Could of done with check out being 10am rather than 9am

Caters really well for what we want and need. We will keep returning as we have family in the town.

Quiet and convenient location. Well and thoughtfully equipped. Very clean and well looked after. Although a small house, it is so well equipped that we can cook for our son and his family sometimes, which is lovely. Good neighbours too. Very convenient for the town.

Schönes Reihenhaus für 4 Personen zentral gelegen, um Cornwall und Devon zu erkunden

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Wir fühlten uns stets gut umsorgt, obwohl wir niemandem persönlich begegnet sind. Unsere Anfragen wurden stets schnell beantwortet. Das Haus hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann: eine Terasse und kleinen Garten mit Wäschespinne, eine sehr sehr sehr sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, genügend Schränke für Kleidung und sogar Spielzeug für die Kinder. Wir fühlten und in den zwei Wochen wie zuhause.

Das Doppelbett ist recht klein/ schmal und leider war nur eine gemeinsame Decke (wie es ja in England üblich ist) im Bett. Das sind wir nicht gewohnt.
