Nestled right along the inlet and recently refreshed with stylish updates, this charming retreat is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories during your time in Garden City!

The kitchen is both functional and welcoming, featuring beautiful granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space for all of your groceries. Full sized appliances include a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and sink, making cooking and clean up simple and stress free. You will also find the kitchen fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware, so preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner is easy. Prefer to dine out? There are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, and delivery services like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates make enjoying a meal at home just as convenient.

Just beyond the kitchen, the living area offers a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind. Furnished with a cozy sofa that converts into a queen sized bed and an accent chair, there is plenty of seating for everyone. Across the room, a wall mounted smart TV sits above an entertainment stand, creating the perfect setup for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. From here, you can step out onto your private, inlet front screened balcony. This condo features two well appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a plush queen sized bed with end tables on either side, along with a wall mounted flat screen TV for added comfort and convenience.

The bathroom is accessible from the primary bedroom and includes a standing shower with sliding glass doors, a vanity sink with ample storage, and a toilet. To make your stay as easy as possible, we provide essential starter items including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap so you can settle in right away.

The second bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring a twin over full bunk bed. This room also includes a dresser for storage and a wall mounted flat screen TV, giving everyone their own space to relax.
