Great location near the pier, but not too close. Owner was extremely helpful and the property is exactly what we expected.

Very comfortable accommodations. Lots of extra little touches that made it really nice. Notebook with restaurant menus and coupons. Area activities as well. Snacks were an especially nice touch. Kitchen was well equipped and washer and dryer worked perfectly. Nice to not have to bring home sandy dirty clothes. Location was perfect.

Close to the beach.

Every morning around 7 you would be woken up with the slamming of the gate going to pool/beach. Sounded like it was right in the bedroom.

Very nice host, very prompt and helpful response. We had everything we needed in the condo. Inside the condo was nice and clean. I would rent from this host again if she had a room in another condo. (I didn't like the outside of facility)

Outside our room the facility was dirty, ripped carpet, no care given to the hallways and steps also very dark. I had to call someone to clean the pool and pool area. We were ocean front over the pool. But we had to go through 3 gates carrying all the beach gear to get to the beach. The gates around the pool are necessary for safety but why couldn't there be another walkway direct to beach? This made it very hard. Not to mention the constant banging of the gates when you're sitting on your deck. I understand the reason and don't mean to harp about the gates. But the worst thing was how dirty and unkempt the outside of the facility was.
