About this house rental
Enjoy the perfect vacation at our beautiful, recently updated beach house in the Garden City/Murrells Inlet area! Our home can comfortably sleep 8 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open floor plan. The home is fully furnished and very clean!!! The living room features a new flat screen smart TV through which you can access your own personal streaming accounts and DVD player, along with an additional Queen sleeper sofa, a comfortable love seat and a cozy sitting/reading area. Our master bedroom has a King bed with a smart TV and private bath. Our fun second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (a twin over full and a twin over twin) and an attached bath. The open kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, disposal, toaster, blender and all the kitchen supplies you need. Enjoy a sit-down meal at the 6-seat dining table and a kitchen counter equipped with 3 bar stools. There is parking and a small storage area below the house containing beach/pool supplies including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and pool floaties. There is also a charcoal grill. After the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and foot rinsing station on the side of the house. There are also basic baby supplies available if needed. We provide bed linens and bath towels which are laundered by our cleaning crew. There are also beach towels available if needed.
We are directly across the street from the beach (approximately 2 minute walk) and minutes from some of the best golf courses in the USA. Perfect for family vacations or as a golfer's paradise. The amazing beach is the widest in Myrtle Beach, offering warm waters, soft clean white sand, mild waves, small crowds and hours of family fun. End the day on the porch relaxing in 2 rocking chairs facing the setting sun.
Stays of 7 or more days are the most economical way to vacation in Garden City Beach. Discounts may apply to longer stays. Rates do not include a departure cleaning service fee of $150 and 12% government accommodation tax. All stays require a REFUNDABLE $200 damage waiver deposit. Take care of the home and the $200 is FULLY REFUNDED.
**Cleaning Fee covers linens for up to 6 guests. If you wish to have linens for an additional 1-2 people, it is a custom cost of $15/extra person per stay.**

We loved this bungalow! Description by owner is on target, just a minute walk from the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location and the friendly yet quiet neighborhood made it better. We will definitely be back as it was a perfect getaway for just the 2 of us. Only suggestion I would have is it could use minor updating. But even that doesn’t keep it from making it a great vacation spot.

It was a perfect location, enough room for 4 ppl and a nice pool.The king size bed was very comfortable and it has a blackout curtain that allowed the best sleep!The kitchen was completely stocked if you like to cook.Water pressure was decent. Plenty of towels to use. You do not need to bring beach towels, there are plenty and great quality Nice size TVThe residents of one of the homes will take your trash to the curb and return it. Its beach access is directly across the street. Super easy!!Dead dog saloon is a great restaurant and if you drive into Pawleys Island, Pawleys Island tavern is a must!!Angie and Robbie were quick to answer with any questions. And don’t forget to leave your shell in the basket!!

Great area with friendly residents and visitors. The house was very clean and was very nice and equipped with pretty much everything you will need. The area is nice and quiet and right across from the beach and a very easy walk. The little community there is very quiet and everyone is super friendly and willing to talk and help answer any questions or give suggestions about the area. We really loved it and would rent again. Also we were a family of two 71 yr olds a 70 year old 51, 47 and an 8 yr old and everyone loved it.
