Looking for an oceanfront 3-bedroom condo? Look no more! Both the living room and the master bedroom open onto the ocean front patio, so you can enjoy your coffee sitting out in the ocean breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped, bright and airy, and the master bedroom has a king size bed. A queen, 2 singles and a sleeper sofa brings the accommodations number to 8! You'll enjoy an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool and hot tub, the latter two of which are open all year long. Atalaya Towers 103 is also available for winter rentals and partial weeks! Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.
Atalaya Towers is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story complex offers a resort feel with a security locked lobby entrance, elevators, complimentary wireless internet, and vending machines. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the expansive sundeck. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Memorial Day to Labor Day enjoy swimming in the street side outdoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Atalaya Towers offers an indoor pool, which is heated from mid-October to mid-April. There is also an indoor hot tub, so come on down and relax. Two parking permits are issued per unit (one pass is for onsite parking, the second pass is for parking located across the street). Motorcycles and trailers are allowed, however, they must be parked in the lot across the street. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

First of all, the cost of this condo was much cheaper (by several hundred dollars!) as compared to others in the area. We loved our stay! The linen package was a nice touch. My in laws are in their 70s and said the queen bed was not very comfortable, so it may need an update. The pull out couch was doable for my 12 year old. I would have loved to have a lounger chair on the balcony instead of unsturdy plastic chairs, but it was nice to sit out and enjoy the breeze. I appreciated the email update to remind us to pack extra toilet paper and garbage bags so I saved us some money when we arrived. I didn't see anywhere in the emails what to do with the keys when checking out, but a quick call to dunes answered that question. Overall, we would absolutely stay again! My mother in law said ideally there would be a few more essential pots and pans, but we don't do a lot of cooking on vacation! This was our 3rd time staying at atalaya, but our first time in this specific condo. We had a great time!

1. No TV remotes had batteries, no TV Mon and Tues
2.Dryer left marks on our clothing
3. Patio door frame literally came off and almost hit the TV while trying to shut it for the night
4. Patio door had to stay open all night, hot and muggy in the room because the 24 maintenance number never returned my call that night for help.
Other then that the stay was wonderful. I do wish our visit had been compensated somewhat or credit towards next years stay. We enjoy the towers. Your evening male employee at the towers was especially wonderful trying to help with everything that happened.
