Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
