All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Our family of 6 stayed here for a week and we had plenty of room. This condo has been updated and had everything we needed and more. The elevator key was new to us, but we had 2 sets so it all worked out. The view from the 16th floor was perfect. You could see everything. If I had to change anything, I would add ceiling fans to the bedrooms. We had such a great time and If we are ever back in The area we will be booking again.

Clean for most part. Doors didnt lock in rooms. Ceiling leaked after storm. Check in process was terrible, wasnt told office was offsite or address of office to get keys then no elevator instructions n we had 9 prople. Not well laid out.
