With its enclosed garden, swimming pool and complete facilities, it is perfect for a successful holiday with family or friends!



House that can accommodate up to 8 people, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

• Bright living room with relaxation area, opening onto the outside and garden.

• Modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped: oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher… Washing machine and tumble dryer

• Library corner with sofa bed, ideal as a reading space or additional sleeping area.

• Separate WC.

• Bathroom with bathtub.



Night side:

• A master suite with double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom (shower and sink).

• A bedroom with a trundle bed (2 beds).

• A bedroom with two single beds.

• Enclosed garden with unheated swimming pool, ideal for relaxing in complete peace and quiet.

• Furnished terrace for enjoying outdoor meals, equipped with a plancha

The villa benefits from an ideal location near the Sablaise peripheral ring:

• 7 minutes by car from Sables d'Olonne train station

• 10 minutes by car from the main beach, the Halles market and the town centre

• 11 minutes by bike from the restaurants at Sables d'Olonne fishing port



ℹ️ Practical Information



⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm

• Departure: by 10am at the latest



⏰ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Please:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins

• Gather used laundry in the entrance

👉 Additional charge if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Arrival instructions

• Digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee machine type, parking advice 🚗, bin information ♻️
