Cocoonr offers you this charming 140 m² villa to rent, located in Les Sables-d'Olonne. Just a stone's throw from the ocean and the attractions of the famous seaside resort, this residence offers the ideal setting for a convivial stay with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The accommodation comprises the following:
- A large, particularly light-filled living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV
- A spacious, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) with a cosy dining area opening onto the garden
- On the ground floor, a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet)
- Upstairs, a second master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet)
- A third comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
A third modern, separate bathroom
Outside:
- An enclosed garden featuring a sunny terrace for al fresco dining, a pool house with outdoor furniture, and a covered area for storing your surfboards or bicycles
- A heated pool with a movable floor (open from 1 May to 30 September), the adjustable depth of which allows it to be adapted for all uses: a secure paddling pool for children, a swimming pool, or a full terrace when fully raised

- Nearest train station: Gare des Sables d'Olonne 3 km away (about 7 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 100 km away (approx. 1 hour 15 minutes' drive)
