About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 140 m² villa to rent, located in Les Sables-d'Olonne. Just a stone's throw from the ocean and the attractions of the famous seaside resort, this residence offers the ideal setting for a convivial stay with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The accommodation is made up as follows
- A large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV
- A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) with a convivial dining area opening onto the garden
- A first master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), dressing room and en-suite shower room
- A second master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en suite shower room
- A third comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
A third modern and independent bathroom
Exterior:
- An enclosed garden with a sunny terrace for al fresco dining, a pool house with outdoor furniture and a covered area to store your surfboards or bikes.
- A heated swimming pool with movable floor (open from 1ᵉʳ May to 30 September) with adjustable depth to suit all uses: safe paddling pool for children, swimming pool or full terrace once fully raised
For even greater comfort, the villa is exceptionally bright and well decorated, with a modern feel and seaside touches, as well as top-of-the-range safety and relaxation equipment. Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival.

- Ocean and beaches: located in the immediate vicinity for your water sports activities and walks
- Town centre: quick access to the resort's shops, markets and restaurants
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property's private car park. Street parking is also free.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare des Sables d'Olonne 3 km away (about 7 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 100 km away (approx. 1 hour 15 minutes' drive)
- Cycle paths from the villa to the embankment and beaches
