About this villa rental


Air-conditioned, private villa, 75 m², with 3 bedrooms, located in the heart of a private residential park with an official 5-star rating, featuring a playground, snack bar, restaurant, bike rentals, tennis courts, and more… Located in Les Sables d’Olonne, in the Pironnière neighborhood. A 10-minute walk from the sea, 15 minutes from the beach. Close to bike paths. The property, fully renovated in 2024-2025,, features a living/dining/kitchen area as well as a fenced-in outdoor space with patio furniture, an outdoor kitchen (barbecue, pizza oven, plancha), and a private pool with an alarm and removable fence. The pool is heated from June through August. It can be heated from mid-April through mid-September, depending on weather conditions. 3 bedrooms (1 fold-away double bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in another, and a “dorm-style” bedroom with 4 beds, including 1 bunk bed and 1 small pull-out bed). Bathroom with 2 sinks and a large walk-in shower. Separate toilet with a hand-washing sink. The property is equipped with a washer and dryer. Feel free to ask for more details ;)

Very nice property with lovely pool. Clean and with modern fixtures and fittings. Hand over was done by owners family, who were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Lovely boulangerie about 10 mins walk away with a market in the square outside it on 3 days per week. We found the nearest coast was nearer 15 mins walk away at normal family walking speeds :-) . I would thoroughly recommend the property.
