ROSE Holidays offers you this traditional Sablais family house in the heart of the Presidents' district, just a stone's throw from Tanchet beach and shops.
Two-storey house that can accommodate up to 11 people.
With its magnificent tree-lined and fenced park, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!

Ground floor: spacious hallway, a living room with TV, WiFi, sofa bed in 140. Rustic dining room with fireplace, large table and chairs. Fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker + Krups, dishwasher), access to terrace and garden. Independent WC. One bedroom with double bed 140 and wardrobe.
Floor: large room with double bed 140, wardrobe, desk and adjoining bathroom (bathtub, washbasin). Children's room with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed, with adjoining washroom (washbasin, storage). Spacious room with double bed 140, wardrobe, desk, communicating washroom (shower cabin, vanity unit, storage, washing machine). Independent WC.
Basement: storage garage with beach equipment, charcoal barbecue, gas plancha, garden furniture.
