Townhouse built in 2023 in the quiet and sought after area of the Presidents.
House classified 4 stars by the label Gîte de France.
Idyllic setting under the pines, 350m from the Presidents Beach with garden and patio, large terrace
shaded. Everything is less than 15 minutes walk (shops, Tanchet beach, embankment, large
Sables d'Olonne beach, Thalasso, Zoo, Casino)
Beautiful walks or bikes will take you along the wild coast (Hell Well, Cayola,
Talmont St Hilaire) or towards the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, embankment, pedestrian streets...)
2 bicycles are available free of charge and a covered parking space closed to
50m.

The house baptized La Pinède, offers a large living room stay extended by a terrace overlooking a
garden located next to a wooded lot planted with pines and oaks.
Pleasant garden furniture with electric plancha to eat and cook outside to beautiful
days.
Comfortable living room with TV, BoxOrange, wifi fiber and bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, freezer, oven,
microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker.
The house is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets:
- A master bedroom with a bed of 160 and its bathroom with shower and toilet
o The room opens onto a small patio with wooden terrace in the shade of oaks
pine and green.
- A bedroom with a 140 bed and dressing room
- A room with a single bed of 90.
- A second shower room is located in the hallway
- 2nd separate WC in corridor
A washing machine is located in a separate soundproof closet in the hallway.
A closed outdoor shed can store bicycles and sports equipment; surfboard…
Access to the garden of the house is through a locked gate.
Cleaning is included to allow you to make the most of your stay
Linen and towels are provided
Baby equipment is available on request (cot, bath ...)
Housekeeping during the stay possible (on request) without supplement, according to the following modalities:
6 to 10 days rental: 1 cleaning service during the stay
11 to 15 days rental: 2 cleaning services during the stay
