ROSE Holidays offers this charming two-storey house with outbuilding, entirely renovated with taste, ideally located in the Nouettes district of Les Sables-d'Olonne.
Capacity: up to 10 people.
The accommodation includes:
• Living room and dining room: corner sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table with chairs, Wifi
• Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hobs (X5), kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine
• Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner
Night side:
• Upstairs:
– 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom
– 1 bedroom with double bed
– 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds
– 1 bathroom
• Annex: master suite with double bed and en-suite bathroom
Exterior:
• Enclosed and quiet garden, heated swimming pool (open from April to September depending on the weather), jacuzzi, landscaped terrace
• Garden furniture and charcoal barbecue
Free and unrestricted street parking
