The Floatinghouse LP7 in Peenemünde is a special retreat right on the lake—with a view of the lake and sweeping vistas of the countryside the moment you wake up. In this 44 m² space, you’ll experience the feeling of living right in the middle of the water without sacrificing any comfort. The house is a standalone property located within a vacation resort and is equally suited for couples, families, and anyone who enjoys active outdoor pursuits or a wonderfully romantic getaway—offering a pleasantly secluded setting while still being close to nearby attractions.

Inside, you’ll find a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 people, as well as a cozy living room with a sofa area, TV, and radio. Heating, air conditioning, and a fireplace/stove ensure a comfortable atmosphere—ideal for any season. Privacy screens on all windows and fly screens make your stay even more relaxing, even on sunny days and balmy summer nights. The floating house is a smoke-free property; children are welcome, and safety equipment such as smoke and fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, an alarm system, and a first-aid kit is provided.

The open kitchen opens onto the living room and offers everything you need for simple meals on board: a glass-ceramic stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. A dining table and a separate dining area provide space for shared breakfasts with a view of the water or a relaxed dinner after an active day.
