Upstairs, you’ll find a bright living area with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area in the cozy loggia with a magnificent view, and access to the balcony.

The loggia is equipped with outdoor roller shades and indoor blinds—ideal for quiet moments overlooking the harbor. Wi-Fi, a lockable shed, and a parking space are included. Linen packages, a travel crib for children (including linens), and a high chair can be added for an extra charge—please specify when booking.

Note: The security deposit is due with the final payment and will be refunded after the property has been returned in good condition.

Vacation Apartment No. 12 is a cozy duplex apartment that spans the upper and attic floors and is ideal for families. It features two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other (semi-open) with two single beds. The open living area invites you to relax and is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The loggia, with a dining area and outdoor roller shades, offers a cozy spot with a view; there is also a balcony available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub.

Wi-Fi, a lockable bike shed, a parking space, and access to the common room on the first floor are included. Laundry kits, a travel crib with linens, and a high chair can be added for a fee if needed—please specify this directly when booking.
