Inside, 44 m² of space features three rooms, including two bedrooms, as well as a cozy living area with a sofa, a sofa nook, a dining table, and a fireplace/stove for cozy moments—even on cooler days, thanks to the heating. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in the summer. For entertainment and staying connected, there’s a TV, radio, internet, and Wi-Fi; fly screens and privacy shades on all windows enhance comfort and privacy.

The open-concept kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped for your vacation: a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and dish towels. An electric grill is available for hassle-free grilling. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hot water. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are included—as are a vacuum cleaner, coat rack, and trash can.

The Floatinghouse is a smoke-free property; children are welcome, and it sleeps up to 4 people. Safety equipment such as smoke and fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and an alarm system are provided.
