Welcome to Sunscape 424, a beautiful new addition to the prestigious PKRM portfolio of Gulf front vacation rentals. Located at SeaSpray, this spacious 3 bedroom condo offers comfortable accommodations, beautiful Gulf views, excellent resort amenities, and access to one of Perdido Key's most unique beach and boating communities.
SeaSpray is a beautifully maintained resort with property on both the Gulf and Ole River sides of Perdido Key. It is one of the few complexes in the area that allows guests to bring their boats on vacation. The riverside marina offers boat slips on a first come, first served basis, along with a boat ramp and boat trailer parking available by the day or week. All boating arrangements must be made through the onsite SeaSpray management office, and boats must be properly registered with the CAM.
Don't have a boat. No worries! PKRM guests can still experience Perdido Key's gorgeous waterways through complimentary adventures like deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, and sunset cruises. If you prefer your fun on land, complimentary experiences may also include golf at Lost Key or Soldier Creek Golf Course and admission to OWA Amusement Park. Guests can book one complimentary adventure for each day of their reservation through the Xplorie App after booking their stay. These exciting extras add even more fun and value to a Perdido Key vacation.
There is plenty to see and do throughout Perdido Key, with even more restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and attractions just a short drive away in Orange Beach and Downtown Pensacola.
If you prefer to spend your days at the resort, SeaSpray offers plenty to enjoy. Everything was perfect! This condo was very clean and plenty large enough for our family of five! We would definitely stay here again. We could tell this condo was well taken care of and there was a lot of pride shown in the appearance.

The place was great and our room was very nice. I felt safe there, because everything was very locked down! My critiques would be the communication. However- not like you would think. There was so MUCH communication that I struggled to remember what was texted to me and what was emailed. I had a hard time going back and recovering links once they were sent. The website was confusing with the “i” for the check in details and then the plane icon for departure. The discounts offered seemed great, but the website was not easy to navigate to find them, so we needed up paying full price for some things.The beach and chair situation was a lot. If you didn’t rent “their chairs” then you had to get up a 6am and get the 1-2 spots directly across from the walk way where the rental company was not allowed to set up, otherwise they told us they would move our things.
