About this house rental
Boardwalk is a low-density triplex sharing 100' of beach on the Gulf. This unit is a newly remodeled three bedroom two bathroom with three king beds and a sofa sleeper. The covered balcony offers an amazing view of the Gulf and has a boardwalk leading directly to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped including a multi-cup coffee maker and blender. Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. Washer and dryer on site. Enjoy the complimentary wi-fi and cable with TV's in every bedroom. Parking also on site. Great restaurants and nightlife just minutes away! Now on the property is a shared charcoal grill, picnic tables and outdoor games.

The inside was gorgeous, and the beachy feel was awesome. The outside could use a little sprucing up, though. The beach and ocean view was absolutely stunning. That said, the Vrbo listing wasn't as accurate as their website. We didn't realize we weren't renting the whole house. It's split into three units: two downstairs, and the upstairs covers the entire top floor. The two downstairs units share a washer and dryer. Oh, and bring your own shower soaps! Our kids loved the shared toys and games outside. Key Concepts was super communicative. They even answered after hours when I didn't expect them to. There was an issue with an outlet, and they had someone out there super fast. The stay was amazing, just make sure to re-read the description—maybe we missed something—or check their main site before checking in.

Location was awesome. Only place I could find that had 3 bedrooms with a king bed in each. No one had to sleep on a bunk bed. Views were beautiful and we could walk straight out to the beach.

Didn’t realize when renting this place that a unit would be above us. The first two nights the first unit had a small child that ran across the floor for hours. Sounded like they were moving furniture and yelling above us. Luckily they checked out on the third day. Had a smell to the unit had to go buy candles & air fresheners. Found an empty liquor bottle under the bed and a few roaches. Wouldn’t stay here again.
