Welcome to Casa Paradiso! Come stay at the Paradise House for a relaxing beach, golf or both vacation! Enjoy this clean & spacious 1600 sf, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Perdido Key with balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico including beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Whether you are looking for a less-crowded, family-friendly beach vacation, a change of scenery as you "work from home,” or a safe retreat with amenities like a 24 hour guard gated neighborhood entry, Arnold Palmer golf course, resort style pools, tennis, pickle ball, work out facilities, & on-site restaurants - we've got you covered! We are pet friendly and will consider small dogs, please message host for approval and associated fee.
Our home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. There is a fantastic bunk room (twin over full bunk, plus twin trundle) for the kids (or kids at heart) to enjoy! This townhome is nicely furnished and can sleep up to 8 comfortably.
Just a short walk away from the powdery white sand beaches, this townhouse is one of the closest to all the private beach club amenities Lost Key has to offer. With its close proximity to the beach, you can simply pack up & head straight to the beach club or even call the beach shuttle (operating seasonally) to come pick you up outside your front door.
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free); then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free); then cap off the day at Tropical Falls theme park (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. Please message the host with questions. **Not valid on stays longer than 28 days.

When you are ready to retreat at the end of a fun filled day, there are 3 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, soft comfortable bedding & en suite bathroom. There is also a smart tv so you can watch a late night movie! There are two guest bedrooms, that share a full bathroom complete with tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed & a smart tv. The second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed & a pull out twin trundle & a smart tv.
Casa Paradiso is a smoke-free zone! This includes anything that lights up, creates smoke/vapor or smells. We want you to enjoy a fresh stay & truly appreciate you helping us keep our home looking & smelling clean for every future stay, including yours!

We stayed at Casa Paradiso for two weeks and had a great time. We love Lost Key and this condo was perfect for us. The best part is iTrip Perdido Key as they make sure you have a great stay. We had a light out below the microwave and they had someone there to fix it right after we reported the problem. Patty is the best! The free golf and activities through Explorie is a great deal!

4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed this property very much. It was spacious and had a lovely kitchen/family room area. It was perfect for relaxing after days in the hot sun. We liked the restaurant recommendations in the guestbook and had an easy time getting to the pool and the beach.

Location was wonderful, a short walk to the beautiful gulf beach. Was perfect location for pet and great golf near by, just what we needed for a great vacation.

We enjoyed our trip as a family for spring break. This townhouse provided a very easy walk to the beach and the community pool was very nice and well maintained. The overall cleanliness was a bit lacking in the townhouse, but nothing a good deep clean couldn’t fix. There were lots of cobwebs in the entry hallway and tons of sand underneath all the rugs in the whole house. While there were plenty of towels for all of us, they were very dingy and looked very old. There were extra pillows in a few of the closets, but no pillowcases. Kitchen had everything you’d need, and all appliances were clean and worked great. Overall a good spot for a family trip.
