The townhouse is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs 50 lbs or less, please message the host for permission. Extra fee will apply. Everyone in the group can watch what they want with smart Roku TV’s in the living room & all 3 bedrooms. This unit also has access to a BEACH PARKING PERMIT! (included at no extra cost!) Drive to the Beach Club and park in the private permit lot next to the Beach Club! This is the best parking available steps from the Beach Club entrance!

The Club offers food & beverages, seasonal beach service, a swimming pool, beachfront access, & locker rooms with shower facilities. Complimentary shuttles are provided. 2 adult bikes and 2 child bikes are also available to ride to the beach or pool.

This 3-bedroom townhouse is well appointed. The living room has 2 chaise lounge sofas each with a queen pull out bed, a large 75” flat screen smart TV and patio access. Sliding glass doors lead to the 2nd level screened-in balcony which offers plenty of seating with views of the Gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises, or enjoy an evening cocktail after a fun day at the beach.
In the kitchen you will find everything you will need to prepare your meals. It features brand-new stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator with in-door filtered water & ice dispenser, microwave oven, glass-top oven, & dishwasher. Completing the kitchen are small appliances, utensils, & cookware. The dining area includes a large table & ample seating for 8 & the large island has seating for 4.
At the end of your golf or beach day relax in one of the 3 chic bedrooms. Each bedroom features a 50” smart TV, premium mattress sets & comfortable bedding. The master bedroom includes an en-suite with a walk-in-shower, expansive vanity with quartz countertops & his-and-her sinks. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo & single vanity sink.

Our vacation at second wind was absolutely perfect. We had great accommodations and a view of the gulf from the patio. Very nicely stocked kitchen and wife enjoyed the big screen tv. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and great fishing. Utilized the beach pool and gym which were great. Looking forward to returning again to paradise next year.

The property is beautiful. Wonderfully decorated, and very well stocked. The only issue we had was water pressure in the upstairs shower. When the washer was running, it wasn’t possible to shower. I rated cleanliness four stars only bc of the carpet on the stairs being a little dirty, and baseboards in parts of the unit were also not very clean. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable!

The property was a perfect accommodation of being close to the beach while staying in a low traffic area as the community was gated. Our family also enjoyed all of the amenities and the shuttle allowed minimal hassle in traveling back and forth to the pool and beach. The hosts were also always quick at responding to any questions I had. Overall, we had an amazing experience!
