Book With Confidence. Everything has been thought of for you in this beautiful Mediterranean-style, vacation home. Arrive to a welcoming and comfortable vacation home that is very tasteful. It has enough room for the whole family, and some friends, too. You can enjoy a peaceful, quiet vacation at Villa Oasis or plan to take advantage of all the courtesy excursions offered by PKRM, via Xplorie and our Keys to Fun program. The home is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the stylish neighborhood of Arborgate, only a very short distance from white sand beaches and the amazing blue-green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Your family will cherish the vacation memories made In Perdido Key. Visit nearby Johnson Beach National Seashore and enjoy 8 miles of undeveloped, natural beach. There are public beach access points every few miles and an amazing 247-acre state park nearby as well. Public Beach Access 3 is right down the sidewalk from Arborgate. Enjoy a bike ride along River Road to visit Sunset Grille or the public kayak launch. Popular restaurants loved by locals are just a short drive away as are The Shops at Villagio. Boat rentals and jet ski rentals are available nearby if you want to discover why Perdido Key is referred to as a Boaters Paradise.
Swim in Arborgate's community pool which is just steps away. Read a book on one of the balconies or play a complimentary round of golf at Lost Key Golf Club, located just next door. This home is comfortable enough to fit your entire family, with its spacious main floor living and dining areas. If you don't wish to use the charcoal grill, the kitchen is furnished with all the essential items to cook up today's fresh catch, following a complimentary deep-sea fishing excursion. On the main floor, there is also a queen bedroom with a half bath, along with the laundry room offering a full-sized washer and dryer. The living area has a 52" flat screen HD TV, games for family game nights, and plenty of seating. Additionally, there is free high-speed Wi-Fi and a patio on each floor. The house is tastefully furnished and the living area has a sleeper sofa for kids or teens. The second level is entirely dedicated to the master suite. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in tiled shower with a rainfall showerhead, and a large tub to soak away the world you left behind to visit Perdido Key. You even have your own coffee bar in the master bedroom so enjoy that first cup out on the private balcony. The master bedroom also has a sleeper sofa to help accommodate larger families. The top floor of the home has two additional bedrooms; one bedroom has a queen bed and a Serta queen-size futon whereas the other features a set of bunk beds and a full-size bed. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and the hallway connecting the top bedrooms has another sleeper sofa as well.
Nearby Villagio is a great place for a cocktail, meal or a treat and there are some cute shops too. Many attractions, restaurants, and shopping are waiting to be discovered in either direction, as Perdido Key is conveniently located between Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach. AL. Such as: light bulbs not working, broken toaster, missing wand for shades, hair pads coming off, oven does heat properly, no kitchen towels or wash rag, One roll it TP in each room is just plain cheap. Would love to go into detail if u would call me. Thanks

The house and location are great. There were 10 of us (ages range 2 years old thru 55) and we never felt crowded; plenty of room to move around. The master bedroom is amazing! All the beds were comfortable. The location is a short distance to the beach. We rented a golf cart for our stay (2 weeks) which made shuttling back and forth to the beach easy. You could also easily ride a bike, or even walk if you are a walker. There are some great restaurants on both marinas that are nearby and the marinas themselves are cool spots to check out. Overall, the entire experience was positive. A few ideas for improvement: the kitchen ware needs to be updated. Several of the pots and skillets were in poor condition. The stove knobs are wonky (“off” didn’t always mean “off”), and the oven only works on the convection setting. We had trouble with the automatic water and ice dispenser on the fridge too. Management did send someone over but the person did not fix it. It was an outside contract person. There was a very slow drain in the master bath that was reported but never addressed. The lock on the front door was tricky (would get stuck, etc.). We did not report it so not sure if it could have been addressed. The kitchen table should be replaced. The wood on top has bubbled up and two of our crew got a small splinter or small cut. None of these things are deal breakers and did not impact the good time or the overall vibe of the house. Just things that could be improved!

Lack of cell coverage in the neighborhood left me with no way to use my cell phone to get the passcodes for the house while trying to use the app. Very frustrating to be standing in the heat with crying children when we couldn’t get in the house. Recommend getting the code at some location with good internet or cell coverage before going to the house. Found a fork in the cushions of the love seat and 4 cheese puff balls under the living room furniture. A beer can was left in the top of the shrubbery in the front yard. Lots of flys in the house due to the garbage cans outdoors being full and not emptied in a timely manner. No bikes for use as described. Beach access bathrooms were closed by the city. Ports potties were provided. Front door was difficult to lock.
